Court bans sale of state shareholding in Aerosvit

The District Administrative Court of Kyiv banned the State Property Fund (SPF) to sell 22.394% of state-owned shares in the Aerosvit company.

Information about availability of a relevant court's decision was confirmed by SPF press secretary Nina Yavorska. According to her, the SPF knows about this decision, but she failed to inform any details. The court decision was taken to ensure an action from the On-Line Capital investment company. The company Aerosvit-Ukrainian Airlines, set up in 1994, is a large Ukrainian carrier today, operating a route network in the country and abroad and a plane park consisting of 13 Boeing planes.
